Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Item

  Place your blanket in its original packaging or a secure shipping box, ensuring all tags remain attached to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
